- Who can use the advance ticket search ?
- Only companies that own or operate underground utilities that are a member with Mississippi 811, Inc.
- If I am with a company that owns or operates underground utilities and a member with Mississippi 811, Inc., how do I obtain a login for ticket searches?
- Register for an account here. Once approved you will be able to login and use the advanced ticket search.
- I’m not a member, but I still need a ticket search. How do I request one?

- What type of information will I need to provide for a ticket search?
- Your Name, Your Contact Number, Your Fax or email address, Ticket Number. If the ticket number is not available please provide as much of the following information as possible: Company Name that originally called in the ticket, City or nearest city to where work was being performed, County in which the work was preformed, Address or street where the work was performed, Nearest intersection to where the work was performed, Time frame of locate request (Month/Day/Year), Was there damage done during the job? If so, what type of line was hit?
- Is there a fee for the ticket search and if so, how much is the fee?
