Before using the Mississippi 811 e-Locate program, I expressly understand and agree to the following terms:

1. The Mississippi 811 e-Locate program is made available as a convenience to excavators in Mississippi.
2. Mississippi 811 is not responsible for e-mail sent through the Mississippi 811's website, and I understand that Mississippi 811 cannot and does not guarantee that any e-mail sent will reach its intended destination, the Mississippi 811.
3. As a user of the Mississippi 811 e-Locate program, I will supply all information requested accurately, including a valid email address on which to receive confirmation of successful locate request entry (in the form of the locate request message).
4. Mississippi 811 is not responsible for the accuracy of any information entered by an excavator through the Mississippi 811 e-Locate program.
5. All locate requests sent through the Mississippi 811 e-Locate program will conform to the Mississippi state law advance notice requirement of two working days.
6. An e-Locate request entry is not valid or complete until I receive email confirmation (in the form of the locate request message) from Mississippi 811 of successful entry.
7. I assume all responsibility for timely notification and verification of a successful locate request entry by monitoring the receipt of an email confirmation from the Mississippi 811 (in the form of the locate request message).
