E-Locate allows users to submit normal locate request online anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You cannot submit emergencies by E-locate! Call MS811 at 811 or 1-800-227-6477 to report emergencies. Please be aware that, although you can enter tickets at any time, the call center will process E-Locate Requests during business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Two working days will be calculated from the call center entry time (Central time).
